We intervene in the event of damage caused to goods during maritime transport. We represent shippers, consignees, cargo insurers, carriers, freight forwarders and commission agents in order to defend their interests in these disputes (representation before Commercial Courts, organisation of expert appraisals in order to establish damage reports, etc.).
We also intervene in disputes relating to the payment of laytime and demurrage for goods stored in ports of delivery or unloading.
